We need to accept ourselves in our current state, even when grappling with pain and confusion. It’s crucial to acknowledge the present moment, which will allow us to understand that we exist within it for a purpose.
At times we may find ourselves wishing, as we all invariably do, that things were different. Longing for an altered reality is actually a very common tendency and to move beyond it, we must recognize that this feeling isn't unique to us; it's a shared human experience.
